Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days. We send all items recorded delivery so that they can be traced, but can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note if you select a pair of boots that need to be specially made for you this may take up to 8 weeks.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be emailed with a delivery date normally within 30 days. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax
19.6% TVA is added on equipement and clothing.
7%TVA is added on all nutritional supplements
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee for manufacturing defects.
Returns Policy
Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item, issue a Cheval Chic voucher to the value spent or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, and in a resaleable condition. Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so try on without buckling straps!
Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
