Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Some itmes may not be kept in stock or may need to be ordered especially. We will notify you via email of any delays.

Payment Method

Our preferred payment method is via CYBERPLUS. If you choose not to use this method please email [email protected] to discuss other arrangements.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee for manufacturing defects.

Returns Policy

Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item, supply a Cheval Chic voucher to the value or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, and in a resaleable condition. Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so try on without buckling straps!
Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 7 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
